Fall 2011

Activities Fair

• 1 September 2011, 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• St. Mary’s Lawn

Saint Joseph’s University has an activity fair at the beginning of each semester for clubs to give out information about their organization. Phi Sigma Pi had a table and was able to recruit several students to rush. This is a great marketing tool in getting future brothers and for getting more recognition around campus.

Spring 2012

Letter Day

• Every Wednesday
• Various locations around Saint Joseph’s University

Brothers got together at various spots on campus and wore letters. Brothers would take photos together and post them online.

Fall 2012

Hawk Hysteria

• 21 October 2012, 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
• Hagen Arena

Brothers volunteered helping out doing blackjack, roulette, and poker. This event is a school wide event that celebrated the first day of basketball practice. It was a good way to get PSP’s name out.

Brother Lunch/Letter Day

• Campion Dining Hall (DB Side)

Brothers shared a meal together at Campion. Brothers also had to wear letter to the event to get PSP’s name out.

Meet the brother Night

• 20 November 2013, 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Science Center 300

Brothers got to meet students who had some interest in Phi Sigma Pi. It was a good event for student wanting to rush.

Candygrams

• 2 December 2013 and 3 December 2013, 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
• Drexel Library

Brothers handed out candygrams in the library during finals week. It was a good stress reliever and a good way to get PSP’s name out there.
