| − | I began VCU in 2007 after coming here from England. I spent the first year and a half at VCU trying out different clubs and groups on campus but none of them were the right fit!In Spring 2009 semester I decided I needed to make a change and I joined the Phi Sigma Pi Initiate programme hoping to meet some new people and get involved in service activities. I met a bunch of great people almost instantly and as new Initiates we bonded over the process. I was officially accepted as a Brother in April, even after giving a laughable speech (public speaking is not my strong point)but my brothers saw through my nerves and let me in and things have just been getting better from there!
