Madelon Cook (born 14 March 1990) is an Active Member of Gamma Omicron Chapter (ΓΟ roll 647) at Auburn University.

Early Fraternity Life and Career

Madelon began school at Auburn University in Fall 2008, after considering offers from The University of Alabama and The University of Mississippi. Throughout her long journey with braces in elementary through highschool, she decided that dentistry was her main interest and enrolled in the College of Math and Sciences as a Biomedical Sciences major, concentrating in Pre-Dentistry. She plans on getting her Masters degree in Biological Sciences either at Auburn University or The Univeristy of Alabama at Birmingham before applying to dental school. Madelon decided to rush Phi Sigma Pi in Spring 2009, after decided that she wanted to meet a new group of friends that shared common interests with her. She was inducted into the Phi Class on April 29, 2009.

Collegiate Years at Auburn University and the Gamma Omicron Chapter

After being involved with Phi Sigma Pi for a few semesters, Madelon decided that she wanted to become more involved and take on a leadership role. She ran and was elected to be the Secretary of the 13th Gamma Omicron Executive Board in Spring 2010, to be effective Fall 10-Spring 11. Madelon attended the 2011 South Region Conference in Orange Beach, AL, where she became certified as a Local Facilitator for Phi Sigma Pi's new leadership program, Leadership in Action. When the previous President, Brandon Smith decided to step down after two years, she decided to run for and was elected to be President for the Fall 11-Spring 12 term. Later on in the semester, she was elected to be Gamma Omicron's Delegate to Grand Chapter for the 2011 Phi Sigma Pi National Convention in Washington, D.C.

• Madelon has a twin sister, Georgia, who attends Birmingham-Southern College and is majoring in Collaborative Education.
• She was NOT an Auburn fan or even a college football fan until she came to college. Since then, it has turned into a full-blown addiction, to include attending all but 3 home games since being a freshman and attending multiple away games.
• She plays six different instruments and loves to paint.
• Fave Color is Navy Blue. Car, one guitar, most clothes, everything is Navy Blue. LOVE.
• Fave Band is Dave Matthews Band =)
