The National Program Committee is referenced in the 1932 Lampadion under Kappa Chapter's update. This committee is not currently an active standing committee. The committee appears to have provided national guidelines on chapter event calendars and/or scholarly activities. The excerpted language is;
Kappa Chapter has revised its program for the present school term. The changed program complies with the suggestions of the National Program Committee. The revised program is as follows:
