Early Fraternity Life and Career
I joined PSP fall of my sophomore year, when I was still commuting to Drexel from home. I transfered to Drexel winter term of my freshman year, and missed the period freshman's usually have to make friends. By that time, everyone pretty much has their friends picked and the "meet new people" faze was over. I met a few people in my major, but due to the fact that there are only a few people in my major, I needed a way to branch out and get involved in the Drexel community. Answer...PSP. As much information as brothers give at the information nights and Rush, it can never fully prepare anyone for the greatness that is PSP. They say college is where you make the friends that stay with you forever, but I'm not leaving Drexel this year with friends. I'm leaving with a new family.

As Service chair, the big event we hosted was an Anti-Bullying Week 2010 Lecture for the Drexel Campus. Because bullying has finally become a major issue in the eyes of the public, PSP wanted to encourage more people, students especially, to learn more about why it's such a big problem, not only in schools but in the work place and online as well. Some people take their lives as a result of bullying. Some people kill because of it. Some suffer alone while others show their suffering. What we need to express more so than ever is that we all matter. At the event, we sold bracelets, "I make a difference" because we do. TFA students made anti-bullying posters for the event as well. The teacher said they were very proud to be involved in such a great cause.

Fun Facts
I'm a twin. My sister is my hero. I did my co-op in Los Angeles, where I met my television hero, Leonard Nimoy, at the Saturn Awards. I'm a big kid, seriously. My favorite place in the whole world is Disney World. Every year I watch Christmas Eve on Sesame Street at Christmas and The Bunny Picnic every spring. And I still have the same doll from when I was 2 years old. My favorite movie that inspired me to pursue screenwriting is Lord of the Rings. A close second is the Matrix. I listen to Christmas music all year around, sometimes while I'm resting on the beach. If I could sing, my career would be on Broadway. The last time I was on stage, I played Peggy Sawyer in 42nd Street. I still know the tap dances.
My Future
New brothers may not see me around for a while because I'm moving to California this summer to pursue a career in screenwriting. And when I'm at the Oscars, I won't forget my brothers.

Other Interesting Facts
I love to learn, anything. Very rarely do people have conversations with me that don't interest me. I'm not a talker because I love to listen. At preference night, a few potential initiates talked about using wind energy instead of coal to help the environment. Later that night, a documentary was on PBS about wind energy. I watched the whole thing...very interesting stuff, and important. So, if you have something that you're dying to talk to someone else about and you don't think anyone would be interested, I'm your girl. P.S. Skype is a great invention, and I'm all for utilizing it!
