Phoebe Ramsey (born 11 August 1985) is an Alumni Member of Beta Epsilon at Syracuse University. She currently resides in Arlington, VA and works for a national cancer non-profit.

Early Fraternity Life and Career
Phoebe decided to attend Syracuse University after fellow BE alum, Gregory Snyder, engaged her in a bet to attend if the Orange won the 2003 National Championship.
