  • Additional Pertinent Information:

  • Intent: When our initiates enter into our Brotherhood, through The Ritual, it can be an overwhelming process. These initiates are coming off an intensive initiation process, where they are essentially overwhelmed with Phi Sigma Pi information. During the process of The Ritual, initiates are asked to open and close their eyes, are moved to multiple locations, and are then instructed on our secrets, and expected to retain this information. Many initiates can be overwhelmed with having to remember the secrets of our Fraternity, those of which are an important foundation of our Brotherhood. Having a follow-up session/program would assist the newly inducted Brothers in retaining this information. This presentation may be distributed electronically to Initiate Advisors/Chapter Historians once completed.
