The purpose of this proposal is to accept the proposed changes to the Alumni Expansion Plan. Key elements of these changes include:

1. Differentiate Alumni Chapters from Alumni Associations with the understanding that the ultimate goal of a local regional association is to upgrade to a local Chapter
2. Add additional elements to the Staff Recommendation section – incorporating more emphasis on making upgrades a priority
3. Updating Professional network information as passed at the February 2011 Council Meeting.
