The role of the Recruitment Advisor is one of great responsibility. It can also be quite rewarding. In order to survive, every chapter of Phi Sigma Pi must focus on strong Recruitment! The following document is a guideline to help you have a successful term as the Recruitment Advisor and will provide you with some information on recruiting and retaining potential new members.

Before the Information Meeting

As a chapter, identify challenges and potential recruitment problems:

  • Why aren't we reaching the students on our campus?
  • What can we do to strengthen and maintain our reputation on our campus?

If you are having trouble getting potential RUSHEES to info meetings:

  • Do Focus on ways to attract your target market:
    • 3.0 GPA
    • 12 Completed credit hours
    • 1 year of undergraduate workk left.
  • Do get creative with your advertising strategy
