Event Summary: The restaurant gives your group a percentage of the sales on a designated night for all the customers that your organization brings to their business. Most of the time the restaurant will limit your available nights to a week night- usually one their slow nights. If the restaurant requires a flyer or coupon to be presented for your group to receive credit, it will often print those up themselves.

Steps:

1. Find a local restaurant with this type of program and agree upon the day of the event

2. Promote event around campus and community, distributing any required coupons

3. Encourage Chapter members to go to the restaurant on the day of the event

4. Follow up with the restaurant following the event to collect the Chapter's percentage of sales
