Rex "Joey" Card (born 8 July 1978) is an Alumnus of Alpha Rho Chapter (AP 470) at Virginia Tech.

Early Fraternity Life and Career
Rex rushed Phi Sigma Pi in Spring 1999. After a successful Initiation period, Michael was Inducted into the Chapter with the Omicron Initiate Class in April of that year.
Collegiate Years at Sample Chapter
During his time as an undergraduate Brother, Rex was a leader within the chapter, serving as both Initiation Chair and Infosystems Chair. In addition, Rex was an actively involved in Alpha Rho service events and fellowship activities and was a regular player on the Chapter's intramural sports teams. In 2001, Rex was awarded the Spirit Award at the Chapter's Founder's Weekend banquet. At the 2002 Alumni Weekend, he received the Alpha Rho Tripod Scholarship for his excellence in all three legs of the tripod.
Outside of Phi Sigma Pi, Rex was a member of the Virginia Tech crew team.
