Ryan Mahoney is a Collegiate Member of the Beta Phi Chapter at Western Kentucky University.

Early Fraternity Life and Career

Ryan was inducted into Phi Sigma Pi during the Spring 2012 semester with Beta Phi's Alpha Kappa Initiate class. He was the Vice President of his Initiate class. During his first semester as an active Brother, Ryan actively participated in many Chapter events, including one of the many service runs to Joplin, MO.

Collegiate Years at Beta Phi

Ryan has served as the Beta Phi Service Chair during the 2013-2014 school year. He attended the 2014 Bluegrass Region Conference, and his other activities include but are not limited to: service relief trips to Joplin Missiouri (Fall 2012) and Moore Oklahoma (Fall 2013), Phi Sigma Pi facilitator training, and many other Beta Phi Chapter events. Ryan is known in the Beta Phi Chapter for his service work and for always having a smile on his face.

Other Interesting Facts

Ryan is a double major in Mathematics and Science & Math Education, and he has been on both the President's and Dean's lists at WKU. He loves the outdoors and enjoys backpacking, canoeing, rappelling, and camping. He is a die-hard Green Bay Packers fan and enjoys TV shows such as Game of Thrones, The Walking Dead, and Doctor Who. His favorite books include the works of J.R.R. Tolkien.
