Sara K Mitchell (born 28 July) is an Active Member of Alpha Sigma at Virginia Commonwealth University. She is the current Secretary of the Alpha Sigma Chapter.

Early Fraternity Life and Career
Sara joined Phi Sigma Pi to get involved with an organization that was more than a once-a-month commitment. She went to a high school that was very focused on academics. It was a nerd environment that she had missed once coming to VCU, so she tried to search to something similar. She found PSP and was intrigued by the phrase " Honor Fraternity" as opposed to " Honor Society." SHe came out to tabling and then the first event and she loved it ever since!

Sara Mitchell served as Initiate Fundraising chair, Sergeant-At-Arms, and Secretary.

Other Interesting Facts
Sara's friends and even some of her classmates think she's kind of weird because she loves nursing school, she doesn't complain about it al the time, and she enjoys a lot of the reading. She's fairly fluent in American Sign Language. She played volleyball for 4 years in hich school (setter and libero).
