Sarah Maines (nee Courtney) (born 25 September 1986) is an Alumna of Epsilon Eta Chapter (ΕΗ 4) at Eastern Kentucky University.

Early Fraternity Life and Career
In the fall of her sophomore year, Sarah attended an interest meeting for Phi Sigma Pi, an organization that did not yet exist at Eastern Kentucky University. Over the next two semesters, Sarah played an integral role in the writing and organization of the petition for charter and creation of Epsilon Eta Chapter. At the 2006 National Convention, Sarah and four other brothers received the Charter for Epsilon Eta Chapter.
