Sarah is an English major with concentrations in Creative Writing and Literature. She is currently a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and the Golden Key Honor Society. She is also an editor for Zephyrus (a literary magazine on campus), and is a docent at the Kentucky Museum. She studied abroad at Harlaxton College in England during Spring 2018. While there, she travelled around England and visited Scotland, the Netherlands, France, Poland, and Italy. She has also been to Grand Canyon National Park, Zion National Park, and the Adirondacks. Her interests and hobbies include writing, hiking, running, travelling, attending concerts and plays, and yoga. She won the Scholastic Gold Key award for Personal Essay/Memoir.

Early Fraternity Life and Career

Anthony Gross Jr. was inducted into the Beta Phi Chapter of Phi Sigma Pi during the Fall semester of 2017 on September 23rd. She went nationally inactive during the Spring 2018 semester while studying abroad in the United Kingdom.

Collegiate Years at Beta Phi

As a brother she has held the Homecoming and Recruitment and Retention chairs. Her favorite PSP activities were participating in Homecoming parades, recruitment week events, tailgating with alumni, and Friendsgiving. She joined PSP to become more involved on campus and stayed because she found a new support system, a family, and a home away from home.

Bigs and Littles

Sarah's Big Brother is Kristine Gillenwater, who is currently active, but will be graduating in the Spring of 2019. Mallak Aldarawish is her little and is currently active.
