I'm awesome and I'm proud.

My name is Sarah Pena and am currently an undergraduate Mechanical and Energy Engineer at the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas. After obtaining my undergraduate degree here, I plan on attending graduate school at the University of Texas at Austin as an Environmental Engineer. My goal is to save our planet and give back to the world.

I was born in a small town in south Texas but have lived around Dallas, Texas all my life. I come from a large family, most of which still resides in south Texas. I have the most amazing parents who have helped me accomplish so much. I have a cat who I love like a child.

As an Environmental Engineer, I hope to find new and improved ways to preserve our air and water. I believe that we only get one chance to have this planet, so we need to take care of it.
