Sean first heard of Phi Sigma Pi when he received a letter of invitation in the Spring semester of his freshman year (2001-2002) at New Mexico State University.  He thought it was a great organization to get involved with but at first thought he would not be able to come up with the initiation dues, so he passed on the opportunity while a few of his friends (who have since gone inactive) went through with it.

It wasn't until the Fall of 2005 that destiny brought Sean and Phi Sigma Pi together again. This time nothing was going to stop him from becoming a Brother of the Kappa class of the Delta Iota Chapter. He was one of four (from a class of six) that went on to become brothers including Michael (Mike) Abernethy, Kimmie Anchando, and Rebecca (Becky) DeLeon. He has since begun to understand just what it means to be a Brother of Phi Sigma Pi and to REPRESENT the Southwest Region. From the good times to the bad the tripod ideals of Scholarship, Leadership, and Fellowship have taken on a whole new meaning in Sean's life.

In his first semester as a Brother Sean was elected to the office of Parliamentarian to replace out-going member Jenna Hardin (former Miss New Mexico).  Towards the end of the semester he was chosen as the alternate Grand Chapter Delegate, but when the delegate couldn't go, Sean got the opportunity that would make him understand the term "Brother for life".

Sean Halladay (born: July 4, 1983) is an Active Member of Delta Iota (#99) at New Mexico State University.

Early Fraternity Life and Career

Sean first heard of Phi Sigma Pi when he received a letter of invitation in the Spring semester of his freshman year (2001-2002) at New Mexico State University.
