Secretary DS

The position of Secretary (or, as it was once called, Recording Secretary) involves taking accurate minutes of the meetings, both chapter and e-board. Since fall 2003, the position also, though unofficially, involves updating the chapter listservs. The original listservs had consisted of a main listserv, phi_sigma_pi-list@lists.colorado.edu, and a listserv for each class. The current listservs, deltasigma-initiate@lists.colorado.edu, and friends, were created by Geoffrey Lehr and presented to the Chapter on 2003-09-08. This position was renamed from Recording Secretary to just plain Secretary on 2005-03-07, in the same motion that renamed the Corresponding Secretary as the External Communications Advisor.
