: You can add the region links now, they will just be red and need to have a page created eventually, but there doesn't need to be content there yet. ([[User:Jonah|Jonah]] 16:38, 14 March 2007 (EDT))

Formatting

We should standardize a format for Chapter pages--headings and subheadings that should be present for all pages (ie, Founding, Early Years, Famous Alumni, etc.), and a standard introductory paragraph including sheltering institution, founding date, regional affiliation, etc. Chapters can add sections specific to their Chapters (eg Tau Founder's Weekend or Alpha Beta's Volleyball, or Alpha's reactivation and Alumni outreach efforts). Also, let's figure out a floating template with some quick facts about each Chapter. Ideas appreciated. I'll try to start with Beta Kappa, because I know something about it. Ideas for intro paragraph:
Founding date
City & state
Region
Founding members

Ideas for subheadings:
Founding
Early years (include time frame such as 2 years)
Awards won (both from fraternity as well as university)
Notable Alumni (include award winners such as DSK, Council members, Founding Members of other chapters, important people outside of the PSP realm, etc)
Chapter Events (example, Alpha Beta would include volleyball)

Alumni Chapters

I know that there were a few other Alumni Chapters that failed--at least one in MD and some Alumni in and around South Carolina tried to form CRAC (Carolina Regional Alumni Chapter), but don't have any details. Anyone know when WPAC went inactive? FreshBoy 12:20, 13 March 2007 (EDT)

Carolina was an Association, Central Carolina Alumni Association. Chesapeake Area Alumni Chapter has been added. Also there was Great Lakes Region Alumni Chapter, which I need to get dates on. Twin Tiers Alumni Chapter (southern NY tier, northern PA tier), which not sure if it ever was an official Alumni Chapter. (Jonah 22:46, 13 March 2007 (EDT))

Regions

I see some chapter pages with a region category. Is there a location for these regions so i can start linking the chapters to the appropriate region?--Duff 16:35, 14 March 2007 (EDT)

You can add the region links now, they will just be red and need to have a page created eventually, but there doesn't need to be content there yet. (Jonah 16:38, 14 March 2007 (EDT))
