  • Per early Alpha Chapter minutes, Rolla Wood is listed as the fourth recipient of a DSK and also the fourth from Alpha. With C.H. McClure receiving a DSK first, presumably Eldo Hendricks and Claude Phillips were the second and third recipients.
    • Link was posted on old website on history interactive. Needs to be confirmed.
  • 1934 listed recipients on the current DSK page may be CSK recipients instead based on phrasing in the 1934 Lampadion.
    • Simon S. Shearer is also listed as receiving a DSK in 1939 per the Lampadion
    • Links were posted on old website on history interactive. Needs to be confirmed.
  • Richard Todd was awarded a DSK at the 1955 Grand Chapter per the 1955 Purple and Gold. This happened again in 1969.
    • Unsure if two DSKs were awarded or the first DSK was never awarded for some reason.
  • Steven DiGuiseppe was awarded a DSK sometime before 1991.
