I think we need to stop making essentially empty pages for broken links. I think seeing the red links is effective to get people to post content. I agree with posting templated pages as was done with the chapter pages, but I am all for leaving pages without content until there is something of substance to have in them. i.e. a region page saying this is a region page is counter productive in my opinion. I think we need to stop making essentially empty pages for broken links. I think seeing the red links is effective to get people to post content.
