Anyone who wants to can pick up on the projects listed below, also feel free to add project needs
Short Term Needs
We need a system to indicated resignations and interim appointments. For offices prior to 2002, initially we will just indicate dates next to the office holder names if they do not serve a full two year term.
We should also consider adding simple navigation; prior council, successive council links to each page.
