Richard Barrett Lowe (1902-1972) was an Alumni Member of Zeta Chapter which was located at Eastern State College which is now known as Dakota State College. Lowe was critical in leading an national anti-dropout program for students and reforming military recruitment. His successes lead to him becoming the Governor of American Samoa and then Guam. (More)
