Tiffany Cromer (nee Bowles) (born 6 August 1988) is an Alumnus of Epsilon Eta Chapter (ΕΗ 30) at Eastern Kentucky University.

Early Fraternity Life and Career
Tiffany decided to rush Phi Sigma Pi after receiving a recruitment letter in her school mailbox. She met many of the Brothers during recruitment and felt an instantly felt that she belonged. She was pinned with the other members of the Delta Class. Serving as her initiate class Social chair, she quickly became hooked by Phi Sigma Pi. She was inducted in November and the rest is history.
Collegiate Years at Epsilon Eta Chapter
Tiffany first served as the Recruitment Advisor for the Spring of 2008 but longed to hold the Social Chair position again. She had instantly fell in love with the Social Chair position during her initiate semester. She was elected the Secretary and Social Chair positons in the Fall of 2008. She wanted to make sure and rebuild both positions from the ground up. She revamped the Secretary position and tried to make her role in the Chapter as crucial as needed. As Social Chair, she instituted a tradition of holding an After Exam Party for each initiate class. This event is to celebrate the initiates passing of the National Exam and to congratulate them on their journey of becoming a Brother. In the Spring of 2011, she traded positions with Amber Murphy and took on the role as Alumni Chair. She now serves as Secretary, Social Chair and Alumni Chair. She is hoping to continue to be involved in Phi Sigma Pi as long as she can.
