Early Fraternity Life and Career

Whitney was born and raised in Denton, Tx. She graduated from Ryan High School in 2008. Whitney then received her associates degree from NCTC and then transferred to UNT in the spring of 2010. She fist majored in Rehabilitation Studies with a minor in addictions. Then right before 2011, Whitney changed her major to Social Work. Whitney wants to continue onto graduate school for her masters so she can work with veterans and those severing in the military. With the spring as a new semester she received an e-mail that lead her to the organization of Phi Sigma Pi and she decided to rush in the Spring 2011 with class Chi.

Collegiate Years at Delta Kappa

During her first term as an active brother she assumed the role as Service Chair for the Fall 2011 and Spring 2012 semester. As of the spring elections she was voted to become the new Rush Adviser for the Fall of 2012 and Spring 2013. During her time as a Brother, she has had many opportunities to improve her leadership skills as well as make many wonderful friends.
