The Alumni Advisor of Zeta Iota has the responsibility of passing down all the experience he/she has learned throughout their career. They are able to offer wisdom and guidance to the Chapter.
Duties
According to Bylwas, the Alumni Advisor must be available via phone or email to assist the Chapter in any questions Zeta Iota may have. It is highly recommended but not required that the Alumni Adviser goes to General Business Meetings, Executive Board meetings, Voting for Initiates, Pinning, Induction, etc.
Other Duties
The Alumni Advisor is also responsible for keeping in contact with other alumni. The Alumni Advisor can be used as a resource to get in contact with other alumni as they will have known several when they were a collegiate brother.
