1967 National Convention

The 1967 National Convention took place September 29-30, 1967, at The Dodge House in Washington, D.C. Mr. Guy Smith from the Department of Health, Education, and Welfare's Office of Legislation was the guest speaker. He spoke on matters of legislation pertaining to his office.
Announcements
The National Constitution was amended to reflect that "Phi Sigma Pi Honor Fraternity" was rechartered in Lancaster, PA as "Phi Sigma Pi National Honor Fraternity".
