Alumni Chapter -- accuracy?
I'm not sure that the first Alumni Chapter was charted as stated in the article... the Penn State Alumni Chapter was created in 1937, and could possibly have been chartered in 1941, or somewhere thereafter, when the Constitution was amended to allow for the creation of Alumni Chapters.
