Victoria "Vicky" Hall (born 11 May 1988) is an Active Member of Beta Upsilon Chapter (ΒΥ 152) at The University of Massachusetts Amherst. She is the current Secretary of Beta Upsilon Chapter.

Early Fraternity Life and Career
Vicky pledged Phi Sigma Pi during the Spring semester of her freshman year. She was part of the Chi class initiated in Spring 2007, and was inducted into the Beta Upsilon Chapter on May 3, 2007.
Collegiate Years at Beta Upsilon Chapter
Vicky is the current Secretary for the Beta Upsilon Chapter, a role she held in Fall 2008 and will continue serving for the entire 2009 calendar year.
