Early Fraternity Life and Career
Megan was a member of the Alpha Alpha initiate class of Winter 2006. In Spring of 2006, Megan was elected as Historian of Beta Iota. During her term as historian, she implemented "Megan's forms" as a new way of documenting the event history of the chapter in order to provide better information to future chairs. In the 2007-2008 school year, Megan served as President of Beta Iota. During her tenure, the process of membership drives was changed from a 15 week to a 10 week process after close communication with the National Staff and Council in order to fulfill the language of the constitution. In January of 2008, Beta Iota hosted the Great Lakes Regional Conference (GLRC), facilitating communication and relationships between the leadership of surrounding chapters.
