Early Fraternity Life and Career
Ben decided to attend American University because of its strong international relations program, its urban location, and the combination of extensive Arabic course offerings and a study abroad program in Morocco. Ben joined Beta Lambda after his friends Andrew Fowler and Shawn Bush convinced him to rush. He was drawn in by the idea of a brotherhood dedicated to scholarship, leadership, and fellowship. Ben was inducted as a member of the Gamma Class.
