Heather Grice (born 19 May 1979) is an Alumna of Alpha Rho Chapter (ΑΡ 421) at Virginia Tech.

Early Fraternity Life and Career
Heather enrolled at Virginia Tech in Fall 1997. As a sophomore, she rushed Phi Sigma Pi in Spring 1998. Heather received a bid, and after a successful Initiation period, he was Inducted into the Chapter with the Nu Initiate Class in April of that year.
Collegiate Years at Alpha Rho Chapter
Heather was a strong and steady leader during her time as an undergraduate. She stepped up and served in leadership roles such as Rush Chair, Scholarship Chair, and Vice President Internal. Her enthusiasm and always positive demeanor were infectious and helped make her successful in each of the leadership positions she took on.
Alumni Years to Present
Heather has remained active as an Alumna since her graduation in 2001. For the year following her graduation from Virginia Tech, she worked for the university. During this time, her involvement led to her being one of the two inaugural recipients of the Alpha Rho Above and Beyond the Call of Duty (ABCD) Outstanding Local Alumni Award in 2002. In 2003, Heather was elected to a three year term on the Alpha Rho Alumni Advisory Board, and in 2006 her dedication was further recognized when she was awarded the Loren P. Johnson Outstanding Alumni Award at Alpha Rho's annual Alumni Weekend.

Other Interesting Facts
- Heather is one of several Alpha Rho Brothers to have been a member of the Virginia Tech Homecoming Court. Her campaign platform was The Grice is Right.
