Early Fraternity Life and Career
Brette graduated from high school in Snellville, GA and began attending Clemson University in Fall 2005. She became an initiate in Spring 2006 after being invited to attend Beta Kappa's Spring Rush, although she actually missed all the events because she never checked her on-campus mailbox. Instead, the Brotherhood allowed her to hang out with them the following week, and after one night of discussion and fellowship she was positive she wanted to be a part of Phi Sigma Pi.
Collegiate Years at Beta Kappa Chapter
The first active semester of Brotherhood found Brette as the Initiation Committee Liaison, and involvement from then on increased as her enjoyment and bond with many of the Brothers increased. In Spring 2006 she became an Initiate Advisor teamed with the incredible Kelly Davis, and then served as Vice President of Beta Kappa. She then took over as president during the Spring 2008 semester, until graduating from Clemson in Spring 2009.
