The chapter commonly refers to it as "The Dark Times". Due to Delta Iota's isolation from other chapters (the closest at the time being in Texas State, approximately 10 hours away.), Alexander did not have much interaction with other chapters outside of WICKED, the Southwest Region's Annual Conference, and thus did not have much PSP involvement outside of Delta Iota.

He attended his first National Convention this past summer in Nashville, TN and was finally able to see what brotherhood was like on a national level. He now plans to attend as many regional/national events as he possibly can. Alexander is also actively involved in advising and helping the colony at the University of New Mexico become a full-fledged chapter.
