One way to invite Alumni back to campus is to organize an Alumni reunion. Consider scheduling these to take place the same weekend as your Alumni Homecoming Events or your Founder's Day banquet. Having a reunion event prior to a full chapter event, like a banquet, may make your Alumni feel more comfortable after reuniting with old friends or just meeting other Brothers who have come back but may not know many current undergrads in the chapter.

Consider having specific induction class reunions, similar to a high school reunion. Invite induction classes to come back for a reunion/banquet to celebrate their 5 year, 10 year, 15 year anniversary of their joining Phi Sigma Pi. Since you know ahead of time when induction anniversaries are, you can easily start promoting these a year ahead of time, to make sure your Alumni realize how important this celebration is. A similar alternative could be a family line reunion. Just make sure you involve Alumni whose family lines may have ended.

Have your Alumni Organize with you

Since your Alumni may not know your Alumni Committee Chairperson reach out to Alumni who you know are attending and invite them to lead communication efforts, or just ask if you can use their name as a co-host. If you Chapter is more than five years old you may even consider having several Alumni from various graduation years handle these responsibilities for Brothers from their undergraduate time.
