Early Fraternity Life and Career

I decided to attend the University of North Texas because it offers a wonderful education program. I am currently enrolled in the teacher education program at UNT and in my first semester of student teaching. Before I came to the University of North Texas I attended a career magnet school in Irving ISD. I was able to take pre-education classes that allowed me to intern in an elementary school and recreation center before graduating high school. While in high school, I am competed in an organization that taught me leadership skills that lead me to a national competition. By being in leadership organizations in high school, I joined Phi Sigma Pi to further my skills to lead me into a successful career as an elementary school teacher. Phi Sigma Pi has taught me about leading others and supporting each other in Phi Sigma Pi.
