Brian has been extremely active in Epsilon Tau since its reactivation, and has played a crucial role in the chapter's success since its reactivation. He served as Epsilon Tau's first Parliamentarian during its colonial semester, and continued to hold the role during the Fall 2011 semester. He was also appointed to serve as the chapter's first-ever Recruitment Advisor during that semester, and he played a crucial role in not only recruiting a strong Delta Class, but also establishing the precedents on which Epsilon Tau's perennially successful recruitment program is based. After losing bids for President and Vice President at the close of the Fall 2011 semester, Brian chose to step down from both of his Executive Board positions to serve on the Inter-Chapter Relations Committee, of which he was elected Chair. As ICR Chair, Brian brought the Epsilon Tau chapter onto the Inter-Chapter scene for the first time, and Epsilon Tau participated in six Inter-Chapter events during Brian's semester-long tenure as ICR Chair (in contrast, the chapter had never before participated in an Inter-Chapter event before the Spring 2012 semester).
