Early Fraternity Life and Career

Brian was recruited to join Phi Sigma Pi within minutes of stepping on campus by his resident Advisor and BK Initiate Advisor, Austin Dantzler, and his then-girlfriend Dawn Sarnowski.

Collegiate Years at Sample Chapter

Brian served as Beta Kappa's Secretary in the 1998-1999 academic year and Grand Chapter Delegate in 1998. He was also the Chapter's webmaster in 1997, and helped create the popular Rate Your Professor web site, hosted by the chapter.

Upon graduating from Clemson University in 2000, Brian enrolled in the PhD program in physics at Duke University. Brian received his doctoral degree in 2007 and is currently an assistant professor of physics at Coastal Carolina University.
