Clarence O. Williams (7 December 1895 - 14 November 1984) is an Active Member/Alumni Member of Alpha Chapter (Chapter roll #26) at University of Central Missouri.

Early Fraternity Life and Career

Willams served as Associate Professor of Education at Pennsylvania State College, now Penn State University. He would remain at Penn State University into the 1960's and eventually became Assistant to the President.

Clarence Williams worked as an associate professor of education at Pennsylvania State College. Through that position, he made valuable contacts at a majority of the fourteen Pennsylvania teachers colleges, which lead to expansion to many of our Pennsylvania chapters.

The Clarence O. Williams Most Improved New Chapter Award, is named after Clarence Williams, and recognizes new chapters demonstrating the most overall improvement from the preceding year.
