Clauda Pennock Todd, known affectionately as Sweetheart (7 July 1907 - 29 June 1999), is an Honorary Member of Tau Chapter (Τ 879) at East Carolina University. She was the wife of Dr. Richard Todd.

Early Fraternity Life and Career

Clauda Pennock Todd was the first female to be inducted into Phi Sigma Pi following the passage of Title IX. Clauda was inducted as an Honorary Member of Tau Chapter. Clauda Pennock Todd was the wife of Dr. Richard C. Todd.


Other Interesting Facts

Dr. and Mrs. Todd established the Richard Cecil Todd and Clauda Pennock Todd Tripod Scholarship, in 1991 to promote the future academic opportunity of Phi Sigma Pi brothers who have excelled in embodying the ideals of scholarship, leadership, and fellowship.
