Meeting is called to order at 8:07 by President Lauren Snella.

  3. Minutes from January 14 read and approved without objection
  4. acadmic chair election - Meaghan
  5. info night practice
  6. Officer Reports
    1. President
      • sign up if you are interested in honors cords for graduation
      • info nights start at 7, eboard at 6:30, chapter meets at 6:45
      • Kim Rankin has resigned
    2. Secretary
      • turn in GPA reports tonight
      • send in your academic events
    3. Treasurer
      • dues need to be turned in tonight - if you don't talk to Nicci you are up for expulsion
      • motion to approve the semester budget - passed
    4. ECA
      • talk to RayAnne if you're interested in WICKED
    5. Rush
      • chalking tomorrow will be indoors
      • rush tshirts are in
      • stay after meeting to be on the rush video
    6. Historian
      • working on rush video
      • instructions for posting video are up on BOw
  7. Committee Reports
    1. Fundraising
      • someone needs to pick up See's chocolates on Friday
    2. Service
      • school supply drive for TFA wed and fri
      • homeless shelter is on 2/17
    3. Social
      • rush events will be bowling wed at 6 and chipotle tuesday at 7
      • dinner tomorrow will be cancelled if more don't sign up
      • motion to reimburse Lauren for retreat cabin
    4. Website
      • working on moving BOW to national wiki
  8. bylaw amendments for event requirement completion - see bylaws on BOW for detailed additions
  9. Open Floor
    1. motion to reimburse Kate for See's chocolate
    2. Timmy Foundation silent auction on 2/15 - talk to Jessica if interested
    3. Alison has an extra ticket for Ishmael Beah
    4. Frozen Foot 5K for CU triathalon team is sunday at 9am
    5. go vote at caucus tomorrow
    6. Morgan has resigned from formal committee - will elect a new member next week
