DS External Communications Advisor

The position of External Communications Advisor (or, as it was once called, Corresponding Secretary) involves sending corresponance to the National Organization. This position was renamed from Corresponding Secretary to External Communications Advisor on 2005-03-07, in the same motion that renamed the Recording Secretary to Secretary.
