David Mills (born 7 Jan 1974) is an Alumni Member of Alpha Chapter (Chapter roll #2034) at University of Central Missouri.

Early Fraternity Life and Career
David Mills decided to attend University of Central Missouri (then called Central Missouri State University) in 1999, based on advice from a relative, the presence of cousins already attending there, and stupidly chasing after a girl (who got engaged to another guy before he even started his first class). He joined Phi Sigma Pi along with the rest of the Charter Class, and took part in the chapter reactivation on December 12, 2000.
