Joanne decided to attend ETSU in pursuit of her joined the Epsilon Xi Chapter of Phi Sigma Pi in November of 2011 as part of the Eta Class.  After three semesters of Active Membership, Joanne graduated in May 2012 and stayed in the area where she works at the James H. Quillen Veterans Affairs Medical Center at Mountain Home, Tennessee.  Since graduation, Joanne has attended regional and national events.  Joanne serves as an Alumni Advisor for the Epsilon Xi Chapter.

Early Fraternity Life and Career
