Early Fraternity Life and Career
Julie decided to attend Eastern Illinois University in the Fall of 2001, where she enrolled as an Elementary Education major. After looking for a group to get involved with, she found out about Phi Sigma Pi during the spring semester of her freshman year. Julie was inducted as a Brother on April 23, 2002 as a member of his chapter's Mu pledge class. Her big brother is Jillian Kern.
