Kayla Carroll (nee Allen) (born 3 May 1988) is an Active Member of Beta Chapter (B 673) at Truman State Unviersity. She currently serves as the Rush Advisor.

Early Fraternity Life and Career
Kayla enrolled at Truman in the Fall of 2006 after graduating from Illinois Valley Central High School in Chillicothe, Illinois. As a freshman she served as secretary of Blanton Nason Brewer Hall Senate. After moving off campus she needed a new organization to join. After receiving a letter from Phi Sigma Pi she decided to attend rush in the Fall 2008. During rush she met Beta brothers, learned about the tripod, and quickly knew that Phi Sigma Pi was exactly what she was looking for. As an initiate she organized the class scholarship event. Kayla was inducted as a member of Alpha Alpha class on November 8, 2008.
Collegiate Years at Beta Chapter
Kayla is in her first active semester in Phi Sigma Pi. She currently is the Rush Advisor. Kayla helped organize a great rush this spring as Beta Chapter welcomed the Alpha Beta class.
Bigs and Littles
Kayla is a member of one of the finest families in Phi Sigma Pi history, La Releaza. Viva La Familia!
