Early Fraternity Life and Career
I decided to attend Truman State University during my junior year of high school. I was a member of Upward Bound which helped me apply to and prepare for college life. This program was hosted on Truman's campus and I feel in love with it! I started out as a chemistry major but after one 3 hour lab I knew it wasn't for me. I then switched to Psychology which I have stayed with since. Fall of my sophomore year I was accepted into the McNair program which is helping me prepare for graduate school and research and I am very grateful for that. Spring of my sophomore year I was accepted into the Omega initiate class of Beta chapter of Phi Sigma Pi. I have meet some wonderful people and had some wonderful times in this organization.
Collegiate Years at Sample Chapter
I have not held any offices in PSP but I served on the fellowship committee my first active semester for which I hosted a movie night showing of SAW. I then served on the fundraising committee during my second active semester for which I organized the annual Pasta Dinner which is usually a good fundraiser for us. As for any special talent I am known for...I am known best at Beta chapter for being the shortest active member and I don't think I will have trouble keeping that title.
