Mandi Bean (born 18 September 1988) is an Active Member of the Alpha Iota Chapter (ΑΙ 343) at Montclair State University.

Early Fraternity Life and Career
During Mandi'd first semester at Montclair State she attended several Phi sigma Pi Rush events with the encouragement of her cousin Brandi Ragas. She knew she could not take part in the initiation process however, because it was her first semester at MSU. Mandi waited another semester and when she was eligible started the process all over again, this time finishing it. She was inducted as a Brother of the Alpha Iota Chapter in the spring of 2007
Collegiate Years at Alpha Iota Chapter
Immediately after being inducted Mandi was nominated for the position of Scholarship Chair for the 2007-2008 school year and was elected. During the 2008-2009 school year Mandi served as Initiation Advisor, bringing in 14 new Brothers. Mandi's love for Phi Sigma Pi was seen when she ran for almost every position for the 2009-2010 school year stating "I will do whatever you need me to do for Phi Sigma Pi". She was elected President
