Marcus Hosteen (born 28 October 1991) is an Active Member of the Delta Iota Chapter of Phi Sigma Pi National Honor Fraternity at New Mexico State University.

Early Fraternity Life and Career

Marcus Hosteen went to Shiprock High School in Shiprock, New Mexico and graduated in 2010 at the top of his class, Valedictorian and had a cumulative GPA of 4.067. He came to NMSU because of scholarship money and it was the furthest he could get away from home while still remaining in New Mexico Marcus became involved in Phi Sigma Pi after meeting the Recruitment Advisor, Cynthia Mondragon who convinced him to give the Fraternity a chance and after successful completed the Initiate Process was inducted into the Fraternity in Fall 2011.

Collegiate Years at Delta Iota Chapter

Marcus is involved in a number of other university organizations including Phi Sigma Pi, they include:

-Phi Eta Sigma National Honor Society

-Gamma Beta Phi National Honor Society

-Sigma Alpha Lambda National Honor Society

-National Society of Collegiate Scholars (NSCS)

-Native American Business Student Association (NABSA)

-United Native American Organization (UNAO)

Marcus is active in all these organizations including holding officer positions in each.

National Involvement

Marcus has attened the WICKED convention in Phoenix, Arizona in February 2011. Marcus plans to the attend the National Convention in 2013.

Bigs and Littles

Marcus's Big Brother is Travis Derek Gee. Marcus does not currently have any Little Brothers.
