Matthew R. Lowe (born 17 March 1990) is an out of state student who hails from New York City. He is an Active Member of the Beta Upsilon Chapter at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. He is a prelaw student with a proficiency in constitutional legislation. Among other organizational affiliations, Matthew is also a brother in the Delta Chi fraternity where he has served on the executive board as "Alumni Relations" as an Alpha class member.

Matthew is a newly inducted member of the Alpha Delta class, he served as the pledge president.

Matthew is a member of the Delta Chi fraternity, Habitat for Humanity, the Republican Club, and has interned at a variety of law firms based primarily in New York. He is soon to enroll in the Political Science honors fraternity (Pi Sigma Alpha) and Model UN.
